About Me
I am so glad you clicked here to get to know a little about me to see if I might be a good fit for you. I love getting real and having honest and authentic conversations about the good, the bad and the ugly parts of life. Over the years I have found myself in bright and dark places; I know so intimately the feeling of anxiety and wanting life to be better.
I studied all I could about psychology and spirituality to “fix” myself. So much time was spent going down the “wellness” checklist; therapy, yoga, exercise, the right diet, meditation, journaling. I was diligent about checking every box to find the answers. While many of these things were helpful, I still had daily unease and anxiety.
When I came across the 3 principles, searching and checking the boxes stopped. I learned I am not broken. I learned I have innate mental health and so does everyone. I began to trust life.
I earned my masters degree in clinical mental health counseling and have a private practice specializing in ADHD. I have had the privilege to learn from many wonderful mentors and teachers. I completed a mentorship with George and Linda Pransky and a 6 month Change Coach certification program through Dr. Amy Johnson.
I live in the beautiful Pacific Northwest and love walking in the woods, being near the water, and enjoying the natural beauty around me. Life is wonderfully messy with my husband, 2 dogs, 2 cats and 2 nearly grown children flying the nest. I am truly happy with time spent gathered around the table with friends and family.
Change is the most natural thing constantly happening in life. Are you open to it? Let’s connect and talk about what you want to see change in your life.
